SIS utilizes electronic communication as much as possible to give the client a cost effective solution to construction scheduling. We have been extremely successful utilizing Web Ex teleconferencing for schedule reviews throughout the United States and the world. We can bring the owner, contractor, subcontractor, engineer, and scheduler together for schedule development and periodic review meetings with each participant in their own office eliminating traditional time and costs.

Project Management Rates:

$125-$175/ hr. based on the scope of work.

Scheduling and Training Rates:

$85-$150/ hr. includes:

Schedule development

Analysis, review, updating, and reporting

Telephone, Teleconference, Internet Interactive, Web Ex support

Training program development

Travel time if outside Portland, OR metro area

Group / corporate presentations / seminars ($500 min)

Enterprise scheduling, company program development and deployment

Document Control and Data Services:

$30 - $90 based on the scope of work.

Reimbursed expenses:

cost + 10% for:

Meals and lodging

Postage, shipping, handling

Reproduction

Web Ex or teleconference charges

Mileage @ .50/mile

Extended durations at projects:

Per diem $70 - $125 / day depending on location costs and duration
