Working with you, SIS would create a preliminary schedule for your scope of work that would grow into your working schedule. Based on your specific project needs (drawings, resources, manpower, scope), we would add additional activities, coding, and milestones and adjust duration and logic to create your schedule. We can set up 3 week schedules giving you flexibility to manage the smaller components that role up into a schedule's activity. Those activities could be updated periodically and compared with your base schedule for project percent complete statistics.
